Resources
You may think of mindfulness or meditation as something people do in solitude. In reality, practicing in community is an essential component of ongoing mindfulness practice, for beginners and more experienced practitioners. Being in community greatly enhances the benefits one experiences through practice, whether or not you consider yourself to be an introvert, an extrovert, or someplace in between. Part of the services I offer is assisting you to find a practice community that suits you.
Having access to a facilitator or mindfulness teacher is supportive as you deepen your practice. Questions may arise along the way. I am available to anyone wishing to discuss their ongoing practice and anything that arises with more consistent meditation.
While mindfulness certainly reduces stress, a committed practice can open the door to much more: clarity, emotional resilience, compassion, and the wisdom to meet life as it unfolds. I am here as a resource as you move through these experiences on your own timeline.
